REFUND POLICY
If a purchased product does not match the specifications listed in the Store (such as size or modification), it may be replaced free of charge. If replacement is not possible, or if the purchased product was not delivered (for example, if the download link was not received by email and delivery cannot be completed), you may request a refund within 3 business days from the date of purchase. To do so, please fill out the form below.
Refunds are issued to the bank card or electronic wallet used for payment within 3 (three) business days from the moment the refund request is submitted.
In all other cases, refunds for digital products are not provided. Refunds are also not issued if the customer refuses the product after payment has already been made.
This policy applies to all digital products sold in the online store.
