PRIVACY POLICY

This Personal Data Processing Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") is developed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

By accepting this Agreement and submitting their personal data on the "Fallout.Fun" website at https://www.fallout.fun/ (hereinafter the "Website") through the use of any Website services or by registering on the platform by clicking the "Register" button, the User expresses their consent to the personal data processing by the personal data operator — the "Chtivo!" Service (hereinafter the "Service"), which owns and operates the Website, under the following terms.

The User:

• confirms that all personal data provided on the Website, the processing of which requires the subject's consent, belongs personally to them;
• confirms and acknowledges that they have carefully read and fully understood this Agreement and its terms regarding personal data processing;
• expresses their consent to the processing of personal data without reservations or limitations. The moment of consent is the act of checking the appropriate box in the order submission form ("I agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service") and clicking the button to submit data;
• confirms that, by giving their consent, they act freely, of their own will, and in their own interest.

By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the User expresses their interest and gives full consent for their personal data to be processed, including any action or set of actions performed with or without automation tools, such as collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

Personal data is processed for the following purposes, including but not limited to:

• execution of the User Agreement and fulfillment of its obligations;
• ensuring the User's interaction with the "Chtivo!" system;
• generating and providing results of the User's interaction with the "Chtivo!" system, as well as providing other information requested by Users.

Consent is given for the processing of the following User personal data provided in Website forms or contained in files uploaded by the User: last name, first name, middle name, phone number, email address, and any other information related to the User.

During personal data processing, the Service may perform: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of the User's personal data.

Transfer of personal data to third parties is not performed except for parties processing personal data on behalf of the Service, or in cases required by applicable law.

Consent remains valid indefinitely from the moment personal data is submitted and may be revoked by the User by submitting a written request to the Service containing the information specified in Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" to the following email address: support@fallout.fun

If the User withdraws their consent, the Service may continue processing personal data without the User's consent if grounds exist under paragraphs 2–11, Part 1, Article 6; Part 2, Article 10; and Part 2, Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

The User's consent to personal data processing is specific, informed, and deliberate.

This Agreement is deemed equivalent to a written agreement executed in simple written form.

The Service reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time.
